We aim to process and dispatch all orders within1–2 business days(Monday–Friday, excluding Italian and EU public holidays). Once your Gioyel piece is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its journey.

We ship exclusively within the European Union. Standard delivery usually takes 3–6 business days depending on your location. Since we ship within the EU, no additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery. Your order is inclusive of VAT where applicable.

In compliance with European Consumer Protection laws, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original Gioyel packaging, and with all security tags intact.
• Hygiene Exception: For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
