We are committed to processing and shipping all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy and the European Union). Once your Gioyel item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its journey.

We ship exclusively within the European Union. Standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on the location. Since we ship within the EU, no additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery. Your order is inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

In compliance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your purchase within 15 days of delivery.

• Conditions: Items must be unworn, in their original Gioyel packaging, and with all security tags intact.
