At Gioyel, we strive for excellence in every piece we deliver. In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws and our own quality standards, we offer a 15-day return policy, giving you 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and with no scratches or signs of wear.

It must be in its original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and all protective materials.

All tags and any certificates of authenticity must be included.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Hygiene & Customization Exceptions
For health and safety reasons, and due to the nature of certain products, the following are not eligible for return:

Earrings: Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on earrings if the protective seal has been broken or if the item has been worn.

Personalized Jewelry: Items that have been custom-engraved or made-to-order are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Sale Items: Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable. For standard sale items, the 15-day return policy remains applicable.

Note for your customers:
Please ensure that all returns are sent with a tracking number. We recommend including the phone number +39 3513208031 on the shipping label to assist the courier with delivery.
Important: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
As we provide Free Shipping on all outbound orders across Europe, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping (except in cases where the item received was damaged or incorrect). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at info@gioyel.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
