What are the shipping costs and times?

At Gioyel, shipping for our jewelry is always free.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24/48 business hours. We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.

  • Holiday Periods: During the Christmas season (December 15th to January 8th) and throughout August, processing times may experience slight delays. Any such changes will be clearly communicated on our homepage or via our Customer Service.

  • Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days across Europe. 

Stay in the loop

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a notification (via SMS or email, depending on the details provided at checkout). This allows you to track your shipment, modify the delivery date, or request delivery to a designated Access Point.

Our commitment to quality

Every piece of jewelry is thoroughly inspected and handed over to our trusted courier in perfect, defect-free condition. Shopnova SRLS cannot be held responsible for delays or damages attributable to the carrier or caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, or extraordinary traffic conditions). However, we are always on your side: should any transport issue arise, we will do our absolute best to resolve the dispute and ensure your satisfaction.

Delivery Refusal & Unclaimed Packages

The shipment of ordered goods depends exclusively on your purchase request. In the event of a refusal to accept the delivery (without prior authorization) or failure to collect the package from an Access Point, Shopnova SRLS reserves the right to charge you for the round-trip shipping costs incurred.

International Orders

This English-language version of the site is dedicated to shipments within the European Union (EU). For orders specifically intended for the Italian territory, we recommend browsing our Italian-language site for localized services.
