Art. 1 Scope of Application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made by the Seller through the Site.
1.2 Where permitted by the Site, entering a tax code (Codice Fiscale) during the purchase process implies that the user is acting as a Consumer pursuant to Art. 3, paragraph I, letter a) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206). A Consumer is defined as a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, professional, or craft activity. Conversely, entering a VAT number (Partita IVA) implies a purchase as a "Professional" pursuant to Art. 3, paragraph I, letter c) of the Consumer Code. A Professional is a natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity, or their intermediary. The implications of purchasing as a Consumer or Professional are detailed further in this document.
1.3 All stated terms refer to working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Images and descriptions on the Site are purely indicative. Product colors may differ from actual colors due to the settings of the computer systems or devices used for viewing.
1.4 These General Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. Any changes and/or new conditions will be effective from the moment of their publication on the Site. Users are invited to consult the Site regularly and review the most updated version before making any purchase.
1.5 The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date the purchase order is submitted.
1.6 These conditions do not govern the sale of products or services by parties other than the Seller that may be present on the Site via links, banners, or other hypertext links. The Seller is not responsible for the provision of services or the sale of products by such third parties.
1.7 The user is required to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions, as well as all other information provided by the Seller on the Site, including during the purchase procedure.
1.8 Under no circumstances shall the Seller be held liable to the user or third parties for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of income). The Seller does not guarantee the absence of viruses or the absolute accuracy/completeness of the Site’s information.
1.9 Unless otherwise agreed, orders cannot be submitted via email or telephone.
1.10 All elements of the Site are the property of the Seller or third parties. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of Site content is prohibited without written authorization.
Art. 2 Purchases on the Site
2.1 To make a purchase, the user must follow the online procedure. The sale contract is considered concluded when the order reaches the Seller's server.
2.2 You agree to immediately inform the Seller if you suspect any misuse or unauthorized disclosure of information you have entered on the Site.
2.3 You guarantee that the personal information provided is complete and true. You agree to hold the Seller harmless from any damage or penalty arising from a breach of this commitment.
2.4 The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders from users who have previously violated these terms or any legal provisions.
2.5 Submitting a purchase order constitutes full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
2.6 The purchase contract is concluded exclusively between the user and the Seller.
2.7 The Seller reserves the right to act under its commercial brand. References to "We" or the brand name refer directly to the Seller.
2.8 The Seller does not guarantee that the Site will be constantly operational. Temporary suspensions may occur due to CMS updates or maintenance.
2.9 Following the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:

Information on the right of withdrawal.
2.10 Product colors are indicative. The Seller is not responsible for discrepancies caused by the user's device resolution.
Art. 3 Product Availability
3.1 Products are offered in limited numbers. It may happen that a product becomes unavailable after the order is submitted due to simultaneous purchases by multiple users.
3.2 Availability is continuously monitored, but short-term discrepancies may occur.
3.3 If a product is unavailable, you will be informed and entitled to terminate the contract. However, before termination, the Seller may offer:

A different product of equivalent or higher value (subject to your acceptance and payment of any difference).

A delivery extension if restocking is possible.
3.4 Refunds for unavailable products will be processed within a maximum of 10 days.
Art. 4 Prices
4.1 All prices on the Site include VAT.
4.3 The Seller may change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time of the order.
4.4 Shipping costs for Products are free of charge.
4.5 Shipping occurs only after payment authorization. Ownership transfers at the time of shipment (delivery to the carrier). The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once you (or a designated third party) take physical possession of the products.
4.6 The purchase contract is subject to the condition subsequent of non-payment. If the total amount is not paid, the order will be cancelled.
4.7 In the event of a pricing error or availability error, the Seller reserves the right to communicate the correct price or cancel the contract. Prices do not include any customs duties or import taxes for non-EU destinations, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
Art. 5 Payment Methods
5.1 The user can contact the Seller for further payment information.
5.2 Credit/Debit Cards: Charges are made after verification and authorization. In compliance with PSD2 (Directive 2015/2366/EU), Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) may be required. Card data is encrypted and sent directly to the payment gateway; the Seller never accesses or stores this data.

5.4 Cash on delivery (Contrassegno) is not available unless otherwise agreed.
5.5 Discount Codes: Only one code can be used per purchase. They cannot be converted into cash.
5.7 Prices are not personalized based on automated decision-making (Legislative Decree No. 26/2023).
5.8 During price reductions, the Site indicates the lowest price applied in the previous 30 days.
5.9 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
Art. 6 Product Delivery
6.1 Delivery is available in: Europe. Contact the Seller for information regarding other countries.
6.2 Delivery is fulfilled by transferring physical possession or control of the product to you.
6.3 Estimated delivery time: 5-8 days.
6.4 The Seller reserves the right to deliver within 30 days. Upon receipt, you must check the package. If the packaging is damaged or tampered with, you should accept it "with reserve" (accettazione con riserva) and notify the Seller immediately.
6.5 Pick-up Points: If you fail to collect the product from a chosen pick-up point, the contract may be terminated, and a refund issued minus shipping costs.
Art. 7 Right of Withdrawal
7.1 This article applies only to Consumers. It does not apply to Professionals unless otherwise agreed.
7.2 The right of withdrawal allows the Consumer to cancel the contract without giving a reason.
7.3 Withdrawal Period: You have 15 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, starting from:

The day you (or a third party) receive the product.

In the case of multiple deliveries, the day the last product is received.
7.4 To exercise this right, you must inform the Seller of your decision before the period expires via the contact details provided in the Introduction.
7.5 Unless otherwise agreed, direct costs of returning the products are borne by the Consumer, who also assumes responsibility for the transport.
7.6 Refunds: The Seller will refund the Total Amount Due (including standard shipping costs) within 15 days of being informed of the withdrawal. The refund may be suspended until the products are received or proof of return is provided.
7.7 Product Condition: The Consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. The product must be returned intact, with all tags, labels, and seals.
Art. 8 Legal Warranty of Conformity
8.1 The Legal Warranty is reserved for Consumers.
8.2 The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity manifesting within two years of delivery. Legal action must be taken within twenty-six months.
8.3 For defects appearing within 12 months, it is presumed they existed at the time of delivery. After 12 months, the Consumer must prove the defect existed at delivery.
8.4 The Consumer is entitled to restoration of conformity (repair or replacement), a price reduction, or contract termination as per Art. 135-bis of the Consumer Code.
8.6 Professionals: The legal warranty is governed by the Italian Civil Code (Art. 1490 et seq.); defects must be reported within 8 days of discovery, and the action expires in 1 year.
Art. 9 Manufacturer’s Warranty
Unless stated on the Site, products do not have a supplementary Manufacturer’s Warranty. Your rights under the Legal Warranty (Art. 8) remain unaffected.
Art. 10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 Contracts are governed by these Terms and the Italian Consumer Code.
10.2 Jurisdiction: For Consumers, the competent court is their place of residence or domicile. For Professionals, the competent court is the Court of the Seller's registered office.
10.3 ADR: Consumers may utilize Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies for out-of-court settlements.

Art. 12 Reviews
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 26/2023, the Site allows user reviews. The Seller does not guarantee that all reviews come from actual purchasers. Sponsored reviews or those influenced by professional relationships (e.g., influencers) will be clearly labeled.
Art. 13 Miscellaneous
13.1 This document fully governs the relationship between you and the Seller.
