In 1983, Casio launched the shock-resistant G-SHOCK watch. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within1–2 business days(Monday–Friday, excluding Italian and EU public holidays). Once your Gioyel piece is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its journey.

We ship exclusively within the European Union. Standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Since we ship within the EU, no additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery. Your order is inclusive of VAT where applicable.
